New Years at The Bay Hotel
The Bay Hotel hosted two very different functions, Starburst in the Rotunda & Clean Slate in the popular, 5 star Tides Restaurant. All guests were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, and enjoyed a spectacular Camps Bay sunset while savoring a selection of canapés.
Starburst hosted in the Iconic Rotunda infolded guests in a candle lit world of white; with thousands of sparks projected from dazzling silver balls, symbolizing new beginnings and opportunities that awaits all in 2010. Synonymous with New Year Celebrations at The Bay Hotel, Paul Buckby - Master of ceremonies delighted and entertained the guests and was happy to see some familiar faces from previous years. The Bay All Stars had guests entertained throughout the evening whilst they enjoyed a sumptuous five course meal and then proceeded to the dance floor to early hours of the morning.
In Tides Restaurant, guests were welcomed by the soothing notes of Sammy Hartman Trio and a magnificent sunset over the Atlantic ocean - a sumptuous five course meal was served, while guests had quiet deliberations over a year gone by and revering in hopes and dreams of an exciting year ahead.
